The staff at SO/ Bangkok were genuinely welcoming and accommodating, making it hard to overlook some outdated room features and minor air conditioning issues. Overall, the hotel offers fantastic views, excellent dining options, and a convenient location across from Lumpini Park, ideal for a relaxing visit.

However, the check-in process did feel a bit chaotic. Some staff were undergoing training, creating delays. The elevators were also quite slow, especially during peak hours, which became frustrating. Despite these inconveniences, the location is excellent for exploring the city, close to transportation and attractions. I really enjoyed my stay but hope for improved service efficiency next time.

The breakfast buffet is like a feast, everything you could imagine and then some, even managed to enjoy some western options amid the Thai delights. The room we got was spacious, and my son loved it, especially how we got to choose the blue room, like something out of Willy Wonka's world!

It definitely wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for.
